(this recount start somewhere in the middle) 1. I'm with a couple of friends, a man and a woman, we are walking around some buildings discussing the problem of a casino privatizing a grade school. As we are walking I can see a couple of very large buildings off in the distance. The whole place is a huge complex of casinos.

I make an offhand comment that this issue would be a good one to enter politics and run for MAYOR. The guy that I'm with jumped out in front as if he is going to make a speech and run for mayor himself. I'm a little upset because I wanted to run. So I decide to hold back and see what happens.

(fluid transition) A short segment with my DAD who is looking over my shoulder so I do not see him.

(fluid transition) 2. I'm with about 5 large men. There's a woman there throwing hard objects at their faces. The woman is an instructor in some kind of hardcore stuntman school. As I watch the class time is over. At the end of class I go over to converse with the woman. The woman instructor was not attractive, but now super attractive.

Just as Marie walks up the woman hugs up close to me and begins to kiss me. She stays very close and starts to sniff like she's smelling me. She continues to for some time and MARIE gets very jealous. We're both somewhat amused at this activity.

(instant transition) we are in Venice Italy the woman is Italian so I think it's some kind of cultural thing. We discuss which art and museums to see. Since I had pulled away she walked off because I would not reciprocate. Though I wanted to see if something would develop. I suggested to Marie that she should kiss the woman and become her girlfriend.

Marie goes to the woman who instantly turned into a man. He asked Marie if she thought that I would still interested. From across the way I gave her a big lip motion - NO!!

[Log-NOTE]_ so many things going on in this dream that no one influence can be named. However the 10 minute movie was 007 - MOONRAKER - with an extended scene shot in Venice, Italy. A couple of news features talked about major flooding in Venice this week.

COMMENT (on dream content & IRL connection) this is the second dream where Marie & I have had a romantic encounter with another woman - while Marie had a female relationship in the time in between our earlier relationship and now ; I think this is more of a stress element than anything else. Our friend Ronnie, with stage 4 esophageal cancer left yesterday after a strained three weeks here.
