COMMENT - I was going to check the New York Times to see if there was some kind of news on this day. However I noted CURRENT EVENT with the note INSTRUMENT TRAINING on the following day. This is what I would now note as CURRENT-CURRENT ; in other words, part of my DAILY LIFE events. Again like the last dream comment (#636b) I was in an active dream state and spent some time to recall the dream (note: content prep ++), but the only thing I noted for the dream content was CURRENT EVENT

Another note about my sleep state; I did not highlight midnight to 1am; maybe I was napping. Also D.C. note with FACE-UP. I'm still unsure what D.C. stands for, but FACE-UP means I awoke laying straight on my back. Many times this correlates with nightmares.
