A "buddy film" - two women and group of 20 men attempt to become FBI agents and only the most capable will make it.

Ellie (De Mornay) is an ex-marine with the physical capacity. Janis (Mary Gross) has the mental capacity. Between the two they have the "right stuff" ; separately not so much.

One of my favorites!
